Timberwolves and Levy Restaurants Introduce New Foods and Returning Favorites at Target Center
Premier food and beverage program continues to set a new standard for arena concessions
Target Center becomes one of the first arenas in the country with a plant-based stand in Wicked Kitchen
Minneapolis-St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves and Levy Restaurants today announced its new food and beverage offerings at Target Center, along with returning favorites beginning with the 2022-23 Timberwolves season. The industry-recognized program is led by Timberwolves and Lynx Executive Chef David Fhima in partnership with Levy Restaurants.
The arena’s concession and premium menus for the upcoming season will introduce fans to several new food options including Wicked Kitchen and El Burrito Mercado, traditional fan favorites and a new premium wine program.
For the past five seasons, Chef Fhima and Levy Restaurants have pioneered a new food and beverage experience. Focused on a chef-driven approach, working with area BIPOC chefs and vendors and sourcing local ingredients, Chef Fhima and Levy have elevated the fan experience serving restaurant-quality food and beverage offerings.

NEW FOOD OFFERINGS
Wicked Kitchen (Section 126): the all plant-based menu includes sandwiches and ice cream including: Grilled Chorizo Brat with spicy harissa mayo, sautéed peppers and onions, topped with crisp shaved lettuce on a sub roll; Jalapeño Gouda Burger with melted vegan gouda cheese, crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomato, sliced onion, topped with creamy, zesty Wicked burger sauce; Meatball Sub, drenched in Wicked’s famous Nana's red sauce and topped with plant-based parmesan on a garlic butter sub roll. Ice cream varieties include: Berry White Stick – vanilla ice cream with raspberry swirl in dipped in white vegan chocolate; Chocolate & Almond Stick – vanilla ice cream with toasted almond dipped in milk chocolate; Chocolate & Red Berry Cone – chocolate ice cream, red berry sauce and chocolate chips in a gluten-free cone.
El Burrito Mercado (Section 111): the St. Paul mainstay’s menu includes: the El Burrito Bowl, a traditional Mexican rice, Tex-Mex mix, sirloin steak, queso fiesta and creamy chipotle garnish; La Quesadilla includes chicken, cheese, Tex-Mex mix and creamy chipotle garnish; Chips & Dip Trio features queso fiesta and two salsas; beverages include the La Clasico Lime Margarita and the El Burrito Michelada.
Butcher & The Boar (Section 225): the menu features the Butcher and the Boar Foot-long Hot Dog with chow chow (pickled relish), shoestring potatoes, picked Fresno, mayo and yellow mustard; Sausage Hot Link with savory red cabbage, Dijon mustard and ham on a bun; and Sausage-Cheddarwurst with pickled peppers and onion and Dijon mustard on a bun.
Bibigo/Schwan’s (Section 118): Bibigo will be bringing their Korean-inspired flavors to Target Center later this season. Fans will find Beef Bulgogi Mandu, Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons and BBQ Korean Crunchy Chicken. Bibigo is the flagship brand for CJ Foods inclusive of Schwan’s.
NEW BEVERAGE OPTIONS
Gallo Wine: a new offering this season will include Gallo’s wine by the glass and upgraded wine list.
Stilly: “It’s not a seltzer!” The new premium distilled cocktail in-a-can company was born in Stillwater, Minn. and is available in Partymaker+ (Cranberry/Lime); Vibe Machine (Grapefruit); and The Fuzz (Peach) varieties.
RETURNING FAN FAVORITES
Fans will be delighted to see the return of many favorites including:
Soul Bowl (Section 106):the local favorite’s signature Klassic Caribe Bowl includes coconut rice and beans, sweet fried plantain and spicy jerk chicken.
Fhima’s (Section 126): signature Spicy Chicken Lollipops and Wagyu Burger Sliders on brioche.
Parlour Burger (Section 113):famous double burger from North Loop’s Borough and Parlour with Swiss American cheese on a brioche bun.
Totchos (Section 109): loaded tater tots with queso blanco, smoked brisket or pork and Arkansas barbecue sauce.
Korean BBQ Philly (Sections 136 / 204): thin sliced beef, queso blanco, gochujang aioli and Bulgogi BBQ sauce.
Tanduay Overlook Bar (Section 205): features a Tanduay-inspired frozen cocktail and the Tanduay New Fashion (Tanduay Gold Rum with cherry and bitters) and Tanduay Tropic Tease (Tanduay Silver Rum with a splash of pineapple and cranberry juice).
