Shay Strawser

Shay Strawser has 6 years of marketing experience with impact-driven initiatives, working primarily for non-profit organizations. Her focus areas span social impact, sustainable initiatives, and climate action in sports. During her undergrad at Temple University, she was the Director of Social Impact for the TU-American Marketing Association leading volunteering, fundraising, and pro-bono marketing projects for the member-driven organization. Whilst living in Philadelphia, she led marketing for the Temple University Sustainability Office and communications for the 2050 Temple Climate Action Plan.

At the Green Sports Alliance, Shay is the Manager of Marketing, Communications, and Events. She leads a comprehensive 360-degree strategic marketing plan for the organization, including media relations and partnership growth. She also leads the planning and production of the Annual Green Sports Alliance Summit. Shay lives in the mountains of Asheville, NC. She is an avid trail runner, hooper, and yogi. You can probably find her in nature! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility from Temple University.
