Sailing, Surfing, and Skiing - what do these sports have in common? They all use the natural environment for competition, and they have a global fan base that partakes in the sport while idolizing professional athletes leading the circuit. Join us to hear from three professional athletes from 11th Hour Racing, Protect Our Winters, and World Surf League PURE that are advocates for the environment and will share their experiences and reveal how humans are impacting mountains, waves, and even Point Nemo, the farthest point from land. They will also discuss why they have chosen to defend their playground and how they engage their fans to ensure the next generation has a beautiful place for competition.
