Jeffrey Mora has been involved in all aspects of the food service industry, in more than 20 countries around the world. In his career, he set up and oversaw the food service at the Burbank Airport in Los Angeles, CA, and managed the Los Angeles Lakers food service, providing all meal periods for the team in season for 8 years. Currently, as Executive Chef and Owner of Food Fleet, he manages food truck operations nationally for corporate clients, as well as designing, developing and building trucks for clients. Specializing in working with Environmental Health on behalf of the owners and helping trucks with concept and menu development.
