Greg Lettieri

Greg Lettieri is the CEO and Co-Founder of Recycle Track Systems, Inc. (RTS), a waste and recycling management company that provides digital solutions to make disposal easier, smarter and more responsible.

He and his Co-Founder, Adam Pasquale, recognized the impact technology could have to bring more transparency to the waste industry and founded RTS in 2015. Today, RTS has grown from a New York-based startup to offices across the Northeast and Midwest.

Under Greg’s leadership, he has positioned RTS as an innovator in sustainable waste management, working with many businesses within these cities to move towards zero waste. RTS has also developed partnerships with major league stadiums across their geographic footprint, helping them to effectively monitor recycling efforts, reduce contamination in waste streams and increase landfill diversion.

RTS has been recognized in Forbes, Crain’s New York Business and CNBC as a disruptor in the waste industry seeking positive change. Greg is a recipient of Waste360’s 40 under 40 award and RTS has been named one of the top 10 most innovative apps in the waste industry.
